News from the Valentia weekend painting course
12 budding artists and myself on a stunningly beautiful island to the far south west of Ireland with some good food, plenty of guinness and (surprisingly) some pretty decent sea shanty singing. What more could you a body ask for.

We arrived on Friday evening and got set up for the weekend before a short evening session.[singlepic id=1791 w=500 h=400 float=] [singlepic id=1782 w=550 h=400 float=]

At the very south western tip of the island, next stop new york.
So all in all, a fabulous weekend. Thanks to Declan, from the Killarney Art Gallery, and to a really lovely bunch of people who came along, I had a great time.
