Good morning. How are you this very cold mid January morning? How’s those resolutions going? My no biscuit rule for January is (almost) in tact but I at this stage in the game even the thought of this mug seems like such a good idea!

I’m 29 paintings done and 6 to go to reach my deadline.  That’s pretty good right and still about 10 days left to do the other 6. I’m talking myself up here because I’ve hit the wall. Maybe it’s the cold or the back to routine tiredness, maybe I need a biscuit but hey, the end is in site right!

  • This is beautiful, and it is a freezing morning — still dark in Toronto, Canada. The buscuit is a huge temptation — especially the Christmas ones covered in chocolate. 29 paintings since when. I am dazzled by your work.

    Take care,

    Barbara

    • Hi Barbara, 29 since early November! No wonder I’m flagging. Looking forward to a week off at the end of the month and a quick trip over to London in March to see the show! I bet it’s a lot colder in Toronto! Ró

  • Nice, nice painting and I love the palette. I like the window peeking trough on the right hand side. There is a tiny little splotch of pink under the window that really sets the painting off . Well done.
