crossing the rubicon & bad hair day
Bad hair day
What can I say!
Now before you get all judgemental on me. The (freakin) painting was set out of the way of small kittens on top of this cupboard in the utility room.
That’s pretty high if you measure about 4inches from the ground. (you’d think!)
Nevertheless!
Thanks to my friend Kelley‘s great tip on using vegetable oil to safely remove oil paint from fur, he now looks like this.
Actually it’s great for getting paw marks of floors too.
crossing the Rubicon
I love the nobbliness of these pears. this painting is one of a series of three. 7×7 inch oil on gesso bord.

Oh naughty kitty, but you can’t be mad at him that’s what kittens do! Put a little bell around his neck then you can keep tabs on his movements;)
Love the painting and the pears are lovely and knobbly.
Super Kitty.
Always love pear paintings.
Thanks Carol, Super kitty who thinks he can fly!
